Login setup

Create a username and PIN

Once you have created your Username and PIN, you will receive a confirmation email with your login details. If you do not receive an email, contact AskACU.

Your PIN can be up to 6 numeric characters. Minimum 6 numeric characters are required. Enter your PIN again to verify it and then select Login. Your Login ID and PIN will be saved.

Email Address as Username

Please use your primary email address as your username.
You will not be able to change it without starting a new application.
It will be the email address ACU will use to correspond with you about your application.
Please ensure '@acu.edu.au' is added to your safe senders' and that you check your junk/spam folders regularly.
Do not use your work email address if it is behind a firewall. If you are a current Year 12 student do not use your school email address.
